This experiential workshop is a relaxed, accessible way to begin (or deepen) your exploration of sensual restraint, dominance and submission.

You will learn and experience:
- simple and practical bondage techniques
- how to communicate your desires and limits
- psychological & spiritual foundations of dominance/submission
- how to explore so everyone wins

The workshop includes lecture, demonstrations and partner exercises. And, perhaps, some audience participation!

We recommend bringing a partner to work with — all experience levels welcome.

Bob (founder of Tending the Flame) is dedicated to helping couples interact in more intimate and satisfying ways. He believes sensual fulfillment is a powerful component of sustainable relationships and that deliberate, conscious focus on this aspect of life creates happier couples (and singles!).

For more than 10 years Bob has been exploring the deliberate generation of heat and intimacy in relationships. For the past 2 years his work has focused on bondage and power dynamics.
